SYNOPSIS
Mai (15), a Vietnamese woman smuggled into Germany illegally, wants to earn money for her family in Vietnam but is exploited and sold on by her traffickers. She flees and asks the Viet-German Linh (12) for help, but her mother is part of the system herself. Suddenly, not only Mai is caught between freedom and family, but also Linh.
